Phillip "Papa" Welch
Phillip Keith Welch passed away unexpectedly at his Valley, WA home on December 6, 2022. He was born on June 29, 1957 in Pensacola, FL.
Phillip graduated high school and shortly afterwards enlisted into the U.S. Army serving his country before being honorably discharged. Phillip was a
loving father to Jeanette Duncan, Jennifer Welch, Heather Sasnett, Shawn Watson, Megan Welch, Christopher Welch, and our friends who he claimed as his kids. The greatest Papa to his 17 grand kids. His life partner Annette Watson. Spending time outdoors with all of us, teaching the grand kids like he taught us. He was loved and will be missed incredibly by all he has touched in life.
