Pamela Kay Ott

Pamela Kay Ott, age 74, long time resident of Addy, WA, passed away on January 20, 2024 in Colville, WA. She was born August 24, 1949 in Mt. Vernon, WA to Harvey G. and Thelma H. (Scott) McIntyre.

Pam worked for the Dairy Herd Improvement Association (DHIA) for several years as a sample collector. Pam met Curtis Ott of Addy, WA while working for DHIA. Curtis was a local dairy farmer who had recently lost his wife to an auto accident and was raising his two children Roberta and Richard. Pam and Curtis were married in 1976. The family grew with the births of two more sons, Kevin and Kelly. Pam was active in the dairy business and enjoyed coming up with interesting names for all of their cows. Pam later went back to work for DHIA. She also shared in the membership of the Stevens County Dairy Women, two ATV clubs, and participated in search and rescue with one ATV club.

Pam is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ott, and her parents, Harvey (Bud) and Thelma McIntyre.

She is survived by four children; Roberta "Bobbie" and Bruce Martin of Bolivar, MO, Richard and Karla Ott of Spokane, Wa, Kevin W. and Nadine Ott of Litchfield Park, AZ, Kelly and Karen Ott of Addy, WA. Grandchildren; Elizabeth and Adam Sheldon, Emily and Christian Janes, Jessi Ott, Nick and Minami Weaver, Kevin D. Ott, Luke Ott, Kendra Ott, Lee Ott, Jamie Munger, Amelia Smith, Conner Smith. Great-grandchildren; Cooper and Caden Sheldon, August Janes, Kohaku Durante and Hinagi Artemis Weaver.
