Nancy Lee Sowa

Nancy Lee Sowa passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022 in Colville, Washington. She was born June 19, 1943 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to the late Eugene and June Gabriel Schultz.

Nancy graduated from Elizabeth Forward High School in Pennsylvania. After high school she worked with United Airlines, several different restaurants, waitressing and serving people which is what Nancy loved to do. She was also a private caregiver and CNA in Colville, Wa.  Nancy had a servant's heart and loved helping people. She would give all she could, and she loved unconditionally to all she knew. Nancy knew and modeled Jesus's love, kindness, and grace. As a single mom, staying busy working and supporting three kids, Nancy still found time to be a great mother. She loved playing games such as "Kings" and "Solitaire". Nancy also loved to go out and eat.

Nancy was survived by her two sons, Robert Zyskowski (Missy) of Colville, WA and Ron Zyskowski (Erin) of Ephrata, WA, one daughter, Nanette Stoakes of Spokane, WA, two sisters, Barbara Smith of Henderson, NV and Joyce Hanrahan (George) of Nine Mile Falls, WA, six grandkids and several great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
