In Loving Memory

Mary Louise Tolliver

Mary Louise Tolliver, age, 95 was born January 27, 1930, and died June 6, 2025.  Mary Louise Tolliver, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Born to John Wesley Tolliver and La "Vada" Rollins Tolliver in Laurier, Washington. Mary grew up in Orient, Washington, and attended high school in Kettle Falls. She moved to Spokane where she lived out her
remaining years.

A quiet and gentle soul, Mary lived a life centered on family. Her strength and love were the foundation for the large and close-knit family she raised. She was the proud and devoted mother of ten children:  Alan Jarvis, Terry Jarvis (Peggy), Janie Jarvis (Jon), Jaquie Bendixen (Dave), Mike Jarvis (Tracy), Janis Lee (Jerry), Rick Jarvis (Jolene), Floyd Jarvis, Doug Jarvis (Yvonne) and Randy Jarvis.

Mary's legacy continues through her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love shaped generations and created a legacy of togetherness and resilience.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sons Alan, Rick and Floyd; siblings Ruth Hankinson, Hazel Shriner, Edith Hagg, and brother, John Tolliver.

Mary was a shy and soft-spoken woman who loved with her whole heart. Her family was her world. Her presence was a quiet strength, her love a constant comfort. She will be missed beyond words and remembered always with love.

She will be laid to rest at the Orient Cemetery in Orient, Washington on Friday, June 13th at 2:00 p.m.
