Karl Frederick Peters

Karl Frederick Peters, age 71, of Colville, WA passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.  He was born January 20, 1954, in Spokane, WA to Robert and Patricia Peters.

Karl was a devoted father to his two daughters, Erin Peters and Tara Payne and a devoted grandfather to his 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

Dad was hard working and dedicated.  He worked many years at Browne's Building Materials in Spokane, WA when his life took him on a new adventure to Billings, MT.  He lived there for a period of time, and then made his way to Colville, WA.  He worked for the Colville School District as a bus driver.  He loved what he did until he was ready for retirement.

As anyone who knew him knows, he did not like to be the center of attention, but he deserves to have his memories honored.

In his down time before his health began to decline, his favorite hobby was building model airplanes and photography.  He loved the outdoors and gardening and capturing the beauty of the flowers in his photos.

Karl was preceded in death by his parents, Robert William "Bob" and Patricia Mae Peters.  He is survived by both of his daughters, Erin and Tara; his 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; siblings, Steve, Carol and Robin; and many more family members.
