Jesse Bee
Wallace
Oct 15, 1936 — Jun 1, 2025
Spokane
Jesse was born on October 15th, 1936, in El Paso Texas. A second son to Claude and Elvira Wallace. First born is Claude Jr. Then Jesse, next James, Frank and their sisters Aida and Mary. The Wallace family moved to Southern California in the early 1950's. Becoming true "Californians" by attending school and graduating Highschool on the Pacific coast where surf and sun became their close daily norm.
Jesse fell in love with his Highschool sweetheart. He graduated and joined the Army Reserve and was assigned the armory in Santa Barbara, while she continued school. He lived at home in Ventura with his parents and siblings.
Jesse married Babe. They have three children together, Cindy, Debbie and Jesse Jr. All the while remaining close to the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Jesse with his family stayed close to his parents and siblings in the early years. But distance separated some, life and its daily requirements of home needs, children, work and all the foundations of individual living take over. Then deaths of grandparents and parents. Time passes and we move forward in age to an end we all face.
Jesse's life cannot be expressed or contained or related in this writing. Because like all persons that are born in this world it is not only an occupation and family members, or one's achievements that sums up our life. But are the years, days, hours and minutes that hold the depths of happiness, sorrows of heart, loss, hardships, failures, emotions, love and the unseen pains of body and soul. These are time in moments, seasons that are unknown to others, and belong to Jesse, and God Almighty Who sees all things. We too the same. Much even forgotten by idleness or the day to day continuum of the repetitive tasks of just living. All these also belong to you, me and all who are born. Jesse Bee Wallace passed from this life into the next. An event we all face.
He passed with his son's kind words and loving hands holding his, as his daughter Debra's also; his two granddaughters, Jess Jr's daughter Jessica and Debra's daughter Krista, his grandson David Jesse, Jesse's son, stayed vigil, as did Mark, Debra's husband. They stayed and waited over him diligently until his last breath.
When the decree goes out from the Most High that a soul is to depart from the body it goes only two places, to life or torment. Awaiting the Final Judgement.
Because there is only 2 ways, one of light and one of darkness. The Light is by keeping Jesus's Commands to love God with a whole mind, soul and strength, and your neighbor as yourself.
Or of darkness, by the breaking of His Commandments without true repentance. Because Jesus is the only Way to the Father. The Hope of eternal life, that through Him we can and will choose to live here now on Earth in the righteousness of obedience. Our sins cleansed. Jesus said, " If you love Me, obey Me".
Jesse hoped that his way was made straight by his Faith in Jesus Christ, that he would pass from death to life. Because only with a whole heart through the repentance of our rebellion of disobedience to the Commandments of our Creator, all who do so can then hope and trust in the Lord's forgiveness. And the hope is that those Jesse loves dearly will also do. Because only then can we see Jesse again and Jesse see us in an unspeakable joy that no one living has seen or heard.
Jesse Bee Wallace, you are loved and will be missed.
