Donald Willard Brashler

"Dad"

Don Brashler passed away peacefully with family by his side Monday afternoon, November 27, 2023. He was born December 18 1932 in Everett Washington. He lived a full life showing us all smiles, laughter, joy, positivity and togetherness of family and friends.

Dad served in the U.S. Navy proudly and enjoyed sharing stories with us. He lived in Marysville, WA. Dad worked at Scott paper company till 1969 then the family moved to Addy, WA. and bought a dairy farm. Dad loved farm life and he taught his kids what chores are and what responsibility is and to have fun doing them. He was happiest sitting on a tractor or riding a horse.

Don was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Anna, daughter Norma

and grandson Mark.

His family was extensive including wife Phyllis of 39 1/2 years, daughter Cheryl and husband Dave, son Larry and wife Melanie, twin brother Doug and wife Peggy, brother Bud and wife Sy, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Anyone who knew him was family. He will always be remembered as the best dad, pops, cowboy grandpa and friend that we were all lucky to have in our lives.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
