Brian Francis Thompson

Brian Francis Thompson, age 58, passed unexpectedly in Colville, Washington, on February 22, 2024. Brian was born on April 16th, 1965 in Grass Valley California to Brian Irvine Thompson and Brenda Jackson.

Brian is survived by the love of his life, Rachel Coleman-Thompson, his 4 children, Brandon, Gabriella, Madison and Sarah. As well as his grandchildren, Emma, Braden, Addyson and Richard.

Brian spent most of his childhood between Grass Valley, Reno and Sacramento with his four siblings. He worked hard his whole life in various jobs including the cutting down of trees, asbestos removal, on the pipeline in Alaska, scaffolding and maintenance work. He took pride in working hard with his hands and could build almost anything from the ground up including a tiny house for his children to live in off of his property.

Brian was a selfless man, who would give the shirt off of his back for anyone in need. He was loving and kind and would always be there for the people in his life. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, traveling with his family and being outdoors. He could fill a room with laughter in a matter of seconds. He was dedicated to his family, they were the most important to him.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
