In Loving Memory of
Angela Eilene Kime
Angela Eilene Kime, born February 16, 1970, in Grants Pass, OR to Raymond and Emily (Koehler) Morton passed away August 25, 2024 in Chewelah, WA.
A creative soul, Angela was known for always trying to "improve things." In the five years she lived in her Chewelah home she had refinished the deck three times and had painted and decorated the inside of the house. The creative side of her was best known to her family through her cooking. She loved to cook and to experiment with new recipes. They say a way to man's heart is through his stomach. Kelly will attest to this and tell you that Angela's Chicken Marsala was amazing. Angela also enjoyed having others cook for her. Her son, Eric, made Chicken Parmesan that she spoke very highly of.
Angela's culinary expertise was particularly impressive on the many family camping trips. While the others were prepping and packing to go, she packed up the entire kitchen to take along. It was often stated that she did her best work while camping. No one went hungry! Angela loved the outdoors. She enjoyed picnics and especially camping. At home, she found various craft ideas to keep herself busy.
Angela was a hairdresser by profession. Here, too, she was able to express her creativity in providing the perfect look and style for her clients.
Angela is survived by her husband, Kelly, of 28 years; sons - David Oaks of Coos Bay, OR, Matthew Kime of Bend, OR, and Erick Kime of Chewelah, WA and daughter Emilie Oaks of Springfield, OR; 3 grandchildren; and her fur babies (often considered more important than her real children!) – Lu Lu, Sebastian, and Miss Daisy May.
There are no services planned at this time. A gathering will be held at a later date.
Please visit the online memorial website and sign his guestbook at www.danekasfuneralchapel.com. Danekas Funeral Chapel & Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
