Elsie May Parker passed away in Colville, WA on June 21, 2012 at the age of 75. She was born the daughter of Frank and Elsie (Schoonover) Mann in Pasco, Washington on November 28, 1936.
In her spare time, Elsie enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking, spending time outdoors, and constructing jig saw puzzles. One of her jig saw puzzles won the prize of Grand Champion in the 2010 N.E. WA Fair. This was an amazing accomplishment for her, since she was nearly blind at the time she constructed the puzzle.
Elsie is preceded in death by her parents, and her twin brother Ross. She is survived by brothers Lyle Mann and wife Joan, Friday Harbor, WA; Jack Mann and wife Dara, Colville, WA; sister VeeVee Mosher and husband Paul, Lake Stevens, WA; daughters LaTrecia Reynolds and husband Terry Burpee, Colville, WA; sons, Randy Anderson and wife Donita, Eatonville, WA; Lonnie Reed, St. George, UT; David Reed, St. George, UT; two step children Billie Ray Reed, Yakima, WA; Donna Joe Coleman, Georgia; 17 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and her special families at Buena Vista Nursing Home and Mt. Carmel Hospital. Elsie will be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service for Elsie will be held at a later date. |
